Building Survey

A building survey is conducted through a written report that details the visible condition and state of repair of the property. Like the photographic survey, it also contains a high number of annotated photographs. The process involves examining the main aspects of the property, such as the site/location, design, structural framework, fabric and services, grounds and boundaries. An inspection of the building is conducted, and digital images are used to highlight any defects discovered. We recommend specialists to address specific issues identified. The building survey covers the general condition of the property, any current or potential problems that may affect the resale, ongoing maintenance, and statutory requirements.
